Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is on a team with some of the most talented playmakers in the NFL, but he’s failing to get them the football. This is Year 14 for Roethlisberger as the starting QB of the Steelers, and along the way he’s won two Super Bowls and appeared in five Pro Bowls. But this season has been, to date, perhaps his worst ever. Through five games, he has six touchdowns and seven interceptions, sporting an abysmal 75.8 quarterback rating. His 6.51 average yards per pass attempt is a career-low, and last week against the Jacksonville Jaguars he tossed five interceptions (including two pick-sixes) in a 30-9 loss. After that performance, Roethlisberger told reporters, “Maybe I don’t have it anymore.” He’ll need to snap out of that mindset—and his current level of play—and quickly, as Pittsburgh is still somehow above water at 3-2. If the Steelers can get more out of Roethlisberger, running back Le’Veon Bell and star wide receiver Antonio Brown (one touchdown for the season), it’ll be firmly in the playoff race. But over the last two days, Roethlisberger has just a 19 percent positive score on 30dB, meaning Social is ready for him to ride the bench. --Alex Shultz
