Members of the Trump clan rarely peek over 40 percent positive sentiment online because of their unavoidable with President Donald Trump. But there's one exception to that rule -- one that Social hopes to see more of this coming year. Melania Trump, former model and current First Lady, struts the online runway with 56 percent positives despite her best efforts to stay out of the limelight. She lived for months at Trump Tower instead of moving to Pennsylvania Avenue, and to this day only rarely makes high-profile appearances. But according to White House insiders, the gap between Donald and Melania on Social could reflect a much deeper rift between the First Couple. Best-selling author and journalistic provocateur Michael Wolff alleges in his new book, Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House, that Melania is a "non-entity" at the White House and that daughter Ivanka has taken on First Lady duties. Meanwhile, aide Hope Hicks has assumed the role of First Daughter, Wolff says. –Hugo Guzman
